Pennsylvania DOT bows to transgendered community

 The American Family Association (AFA) of Pennsylvania is objecting to the state's latest act of political correctness. The action comes from the Department of Transportation's (DOT) dealings with transgendered individuals and their gender identity.

Previous policy required transgendered people to go through a sex-change operation before being allowed to claim association with the opposite sex, but this measure means that a man can now claim to be the opposite sex on his driver's license and establish the right to use female facilities, including restrooms and showers.
