Kagan, Part-Time Supreme Court Justice

The 112th session of the U.S. Supreme Court has begun with the newly appointed Elena Kagan recusing herself from 25 out of 51 cases to be heard. Kagan, a former Solicitor General under the Obama Administration, has a conflict of interest with half of cases to be heard starting today.
