ABC reporter Miguel Marquez was reporting on the protests in Bahrain with the military begin to crack down. Apparently they came toward him as we hear him yelling that he’s a journalist. He reports a few seconds later that he had to move and he was beaten pretty badly:

Activist Disrupts National Press Club Briefing
ABC News released video of a group of young protesters disrupting a briefing on immigration at Washington, DC’s National Press Club. The protest even got physical as reporters turned on the activists.
ABC News called the briefing a “birthright citizenship event” but provided no further details.
UPDATE:
It appears to be a gathering of state lawmakers who oppose giving birth certificates to children of illegal aliens:
ABC has since removed the video.
